The Boone County Property Valuation Administrator’s (PVA) Office will be responsible for administering occupancy data for the implementation and administration of the 911 service fee. To ensure accurate information we need YOUR help.  Non-owner occupied property (property not occupied by its owner but rented etc) should be reported to the Boone County Property Valuation Administrator’s office before July 1. This process simply assists the PVA is correctly accounting for property and ensuring that the service fee is assessed appropriately. This form is simple and straightforward - The property owner may easily notify the PVA of property/ units owned but not occupied/lived in by the owner, but is being rented, leased or used by another party to ensure the property owner is assessed correctly with respect to the 911 service fee.
