Closeout Public Hearing Advertisement

This notice is intended to inform the residents of Boone County, Kentucky that the Boone County Fiscal Court is in the process of closing out Community Development Block Grant Project 21-030, Year 14 of the Brighton Recovery Center project. The project was funded by the Kentucky Community Development Block Grant Program administered by the Kentucky department for Local Government.

A public hearing will be held in the first floor Fiscal Court meeting room in the Boone County Administration Building, 2950 Washington Street, Burlington, Kentucky  at 10:00 am EST, February 17, 2023.  The purpose of this hearing is to review past uses of funds and program performance.  Questions or comments about the project may be directed to:

The CDBG Program Completion Report (PCR) is now available for review and comment during normal office hours at the office of the County Judge/Executive, 2nd Floor, Boone County Administration Building, 2950 Washington Street, Burlington, Kentucky.  Written comments on this project and/or the PCR will be received until 10:00 am EST, February 7, 2020.
