Boone County Jail Annual Clean Sweep Week

Edward Prindle Boone County Jailer
Kicks Off Jail’s Annual Clean Sweep

The Boone County Jail’s Community Service Work Program will kick off its Annual Spring Clean Up on April 4th – April 8th under the direction of Jailer, Edward Prindle.

For the past twenty-nine years the jail and inmates have picked-up and removed litter/debris from Boone County’s roads and right-of-ways. The Boone County Jail Community Service Work Program works hard all year keeping our roads clean by picking up litter, but during the Spring extra resources are added to this effort.

Any citizen who knows of a roadway or right-of-way which is in need of cleanup should call: Boone County’s Class D Coordinator, Sgt. James Wilson at 859-334-4890 or Captain Jason Maydak 859- 334-8441 or Solid Waste Supervisor, Kelly Bowlin at 859-334-3629 between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. Monday thru Friday or email 24 hours a day at jwilson@boonecountyky.org or jmaydak@boonecountyky.org
or kbowlin@boonecountyky.org
