Boone County Restricts Face to Face Interaction Between Staff and the Public in Response to Coronavirus

Due to the coronavirus outbreak, and for the protection of the public and staff, Boone County is restricting face to face interaction between the public and staff effective Monday, March 16, 2020. Public Service remains the top priority for County departments. Please contact offices via phone or e-mail for questions or for any needs. Departmental contact information is available on the homepage.

At this time, the restriction of face to face interaction is limited to County Departments and the Boone County Attorney only. The Boone County Clerk and the Boone County PVA have advised that their offices will remain open today and until further notice. Please be advised that some changes may be implemented such as limiting the number of people in the office at one time. Also, please note that Driver's Licensing is a state function performed at the Boone County Justice Center and Florence locations by the Circuit Clerk. Please check with those offices for any updates.
