The Boone County Fiscal Court has published the first “Annual Report to Citizens”. This annual report touches upon metrics and activities across many county departments and summarizes the financial performance during Fiscal Year 2018. 

Similar to a private company providing an annual report to their shareholders, a local government should report to its citizens and taxpayers regarding finances, services, and activities of the preceding year. The Boone County Fiscal Court is committed to transparency and accountability as it deliver services, administer programs, and endeavor to the needs of its citizens. 

“I am very excited to be able to share this information which highlights a number of services provided to our citizens by the County.” said Judge/Executive Gary Moore. “This annual report will be featured on our County’s website (BooneCountyKY.org) for everyone to see and I encourage all residents of Boone County to review the annual report.”
