Boone County to Conduct Citizen Survey

The Boone County Fiscal Court is partnering with Northern Kentucky University to perform a citizen survey that will evaluate satisfaction with County services and assist with setting future priorities. The collection, compilation and analysis of data will be done by MPA students at NKU to ensure its reliability and objectivity. This survey is anonymous, participation is voluntary and no individual information will be collected. Residents who received the survey are asked to review the questions, provide information and return the document to the University following the directions on the survey. There is no cost to mail the completed document. The survey includes information related to Fiscal Court departments, services and programs and does not include any service provided by a City, the County Clerk, County PVA or Circuit Clerk.

“Boone County is committed to continuous improvement and superior service and this survey is a very helpful tool in recognizing areas of strength, evaluating opportunities for improvement and identifying issues important to our citizens,” said Judge/Executive Gary Moore.

Surveys will be sent to randomly selected sample identified by Northern Kentucky University. Those who receive the survey are asked to return it no later than April 20, 2019, by folding the survey twice and using the addressed, postage paid cover. NKU will tabulate the results and present them to the Fiscal Court at a future public meeting.
