On Friday, March 13, 2009 Boone County Sheriff’s investigators obtained arrest warrants for a Union, Kentucky woman in the disappearance case of Walter Sartory, the 73 year old Hebron, Kentucky man reported missing on Wednesday, March4, 2009.
On Saturday, March 14, 2009 at approximately 2:30 a.m. Sharonville, Ohio police located the woman and her son at a motel and executed our arrest warrant there. Additional warrants for her along with warrants for her son were obtained after those initial arrests.
Willa G. Blanc, 47 of Union, Kentucky was charged with Knowing exploitation of an adult (2 counts) and Knowing abuse or neglect of an adult. That arrest warrant carried a $3,000,000 cash only bond. Her additional charges are Kidnapping, Tampering with physical evidence, and Abuse of a corpse. Her bond on these charges is $1,000,000 cash only bond.
Louis Wilkinson, 27 also of Union, Kentucky was charged with Kidnapping, Knowing exploitation of an adult, Tampering with physical evidence, and Abuse of a corpse. His bond on these charges is $1,000,000.
Both are being held in the Hamilton County Justice Center awaiting extradition to Kentucky.

Willa Blanc and her son, Louis Wilkinson, waived extradition yesterday and were brought to the Boone County Detention Center where they are being held in lieu of a $4,000,000 and $1,000,000 bond respectively.
Willa was arraigned this morning and Louis is scheduled to be arraigned later today.
