This charming park is the result of a collaboration between the Boone County Parks Department and the Boone Conservancy. The Boone Conservancy undertook the reclamation of an old abandoned gravel mine working with the Kentucky Department of Mine Reclamation & Enforcement. The park consists of over 45 acres of land.
