RE:  Surety of Bond Language and/or Terms and Conditions

MESSAGE:

 This language must be on your letterhead with a signature by an appropriate agent for the Surety with your telephone and fax numbers.

 This Surety must be in the hands of the Master Commissioner for his approval the Monday before the sale date of which your client wants to bid.  Our sales are held at 9:00 a.m. on Thursday at the Justice Center in Burlington, as a public auction.

 With this approved Surety, your client will be allowed to bid and if successful, will only be required to post 10% of the client’s winning bid with the balance due in 30 days with 12% per annum on the unpaid balance due from the date of sale.
