Updated information: Raid El Hayek, 31 of Florence, Kentucky was charged with Falsely reporting an incident on Friday, March 14, 2008. Investigators located the man in the surveillance video and interviewed him. During a follow-up interview with Hayek he admitted to concocting his original rendition.
