The Boone County Sheriff’s Department is investigating the disappearance of a special needs Burlington, Kentucky man who detectives suspect might be in the company of another couple.
Christopher Scott Parker, 36 of Burlington, Kentucky has not been seen since July 14, 2008. Parker is described as a white man, 5’1”, 130 pounds, brown hair, brown eyes, fair complexion, wears glasses, and has a goatee. He drives a 2002 Toyota Tacoma pickup truck with Kentucky license 010-AAY. One notable characteristic is that Parker has difficulty speaking, often resorting to writing when communicating.
Investigators are concerned Parker might be in the company of William Hatten, 44 and Tracey Zawacki, 38 both of Florence, Kentucky. There is an active arrest warrant for Zawacki for Knowingly exploits an adult in conjunction with this case.

Updated information – 07/29/2008 4:20 a.m. Christopher Parker was located in a motel in Edgewater, Florida in the company of Hatten and Zawacki. Zawacki was arrested on our warrant and is being held pending extradition.
