On Wednesday, March 19, 2008 at 10:45 p.m. a Florence, Kentucky man was charged with molesting a 14 year old girl in his home over a period of approximately six (6) months.
James O. Jehle, 68 of the 1000 block of Elbee Court was charged with three (3) counts of Sodomy 3rd degree for engaging in deviate sexual intercourse. Investigators described Jehle as a friend of the family.
Sodomy 3rd degree is a Class D felony punishable by 1 – 5 years in the state penitentiary. This is an ongoing investigation and detectives anticipate additional charges.
