On Wednesday, June 4, 2008 at approximately 6:30 p.m. a Burlington, Kentucky man was arrested for having sex with a child.
Frank Dinser Jr., 65 was charged with three (3) counts of Sodomy 1st degree, three counts of Sexual Abuse 1st degree and Distribution of obscene matter to minors, 1st offense. Investigators learned Dinser had sex with a girl (under 12 years of age) whose care was entrusted with him at his home over a course of approximately one year.
The Sodomy & Sexual Abuse charges are Class A felonies punishable by 20 years to life (each) in the state penitentiary and the Distribution of obscene matter is a Class A misdemeanor punishable by up to one year in the county jail.
