On Tuesday, November 17, 2009 at approximately 7:00 p.m. a Boone County Sheriff’s Deputy witnessed a man masturbating at the Main Branch of the Boone County Library located at 1786 Burlington Pike in Burlington, Kentucky.
Lester Henry, 58 of the 400 block of Commonwealth Avenue in Erlanger, Kentucky was arrested for Indecent Exposure and Disorderly conduct 2nd degree after Deputy Aaron Millson witnessed him masturbating in the computer lab while watching a wrestling video. Millson was there for unrelated activity when a library patron approached and told him what was going on.
Henry is lodged in the Boone County Detention Center. No bond has been set yet.
