On Monday, November 2, 2009 at approximately 3:00 p.m. a Burlington, Kentucky man was charged with committing three (3) home burglaries in northern Boone County within the course of the last four (4) weeks.
Richard Rose, 30 of the 1900 block of Florence Pike was stopped in the vicinity of an alarm drop at a residence in Hebron. He admitted to three burglaries and was subsequently charged with two (2) counts of Burglary 2nd degree and one (1) count of Burglary 1st degree. Additionally, Rose was lodged on a probation violation warrant and is being held without bond.
The investigation continues with the possibility of clearing other burglaries likely.
