On Monday, July 13, 2009 at approximately 4:30 p.m. a Hebron, Kentucky man was criminally charged with the death of his two (2) month old daughter after the medical examiner determined she died from head trauma.
Hebron E.M.S. personnel were called to the 1800 block of Princess Court in Hebron, Kentucky at 3:53 p.m. on Sunday, July 12, 2009 for a report of a 2 month old not breathing. They performed life saving measures and transported the child to Saint Elizabeth Hospital (Florence) where she was pronounced dead. A post mortem autopsy was performed this morning.
Investigators interviewed and subsequently charged the child’s father, Benjamin Senseman, 30, with Murder this afternoon. Laura Senseman (Mother) was working at the time of the incident. Bond has not yet been set.
