On Tuesday, July 07, 2009 at approximately 11:30 a.m. Boone County Sheriff’s detectives arrested Michael Moore on drug charges at the home of his slain parents in Union, Kentucky.
Michael Moore, 39 was served with an arrest warrant charging him with nine (9) counts of Attempt/obtain controlled substance by fraud/false statement to practitioner and one (1) count of Persistent felony offender 2nd degree. Moore’s bond is $40,000 cash as set forth on the warrant.
During the course of the double homicide investigation investigators uncovered a series of incidents where Moore attempted to obtain prescription drugs using different doctors to do so.
