On Friday, March 20 at approximately 1:00 p.m. a Pleasureville, Kentucky man was arrested for the sexual molestation of a minor relative between January and December 1992.
The out–of–state 23 year old victim who was 6 years old at the time this occurred reported that William “Marty” Kelley, 52 of Pleasureville had sexual contact with her on numerous occasions in a twelve month period 16 years ago when the family lived in Boone County.
Detective Tracy Watson investigated the allegations and charged Kelley with four (4) counts of Sexual abuse 1st degree, a Class D felony. Kelley is lodged in the Boone County Detention Center in lieu of a $5,000 cash only bond.
