On Behalf of the Boone County Judge–Executive’s Office, Boone County has declared a Level One Snow Emergency.
A “Level One” snow emergency means that some roadways may be hazardous due to accumulations of snow or ice. Please use caution when driving.
During snow emergencies, where snowfall is 2” or greater, it will be required that motor vehicles not be parked or abandoned on streets or roadways, as to impeded the removal of snow or ice. Vehicles parked in cul–de–sacs may be trapped by piles of snow and ice as roadways are cleared.
