Mission Statement

Our mission is to provide maintenance on the buildings and properties, which are owned and operated by Boone County. Our department maintains each county building for the safe use of its employees and the general public. The responsibilities of property maintenance include:

Grounds keeping, Janitorial services, Office renovation, New construction, Electrical and Plumbing repairs, Heating and Air Conditioning, and maintaining other Related systems.

The majority of all routine and scheduled maintenance is performed in-house by our highly skilled technicians. A computerized maintenance schedule helps keep our equipment and systems operating at peak efficiency.
