SENIOR PLUS PROGRAM
Effective July 1, 2009, the Northern Kentucky Community Action Commission Boone County Neighborhood Center (“NKCAC”) will be administering all Boone County Senior Plus Program funds. If you are a senior citizen (age 60 and older) living in Boone County and in need of assistance, please contact NKCAC at the address and phone number listed below.
As a reminder, you will still need to provide the same information as before: photo I.D., Driver’s License or Social Security Card; proof of residence (lease agreement, mortgage statement or utility bill), and proof of income (Social Security statement, bank statement or paystub).
