Our function is to provide the highest quality employment and benefit services available to the employees of the Boone County Fiscal Court . We provide services for all departments of the Fiscal Court . These services include: personnel policies, employee benefit information and assistance as well as job search assistance for all County departments. Services also include day to day assistance for all employees in any matter relating to personnel needs.
