Capt. Oscar Jeffries has worked at the Boone County Jail since 2005, and is a lifelong resident of Boone County.  Capt. Jeffries is part of the administrative team and oversees day-to-day operations, as well as assisting in the development and implementation of policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal standards.
