MINIMUM 24 HOURS INSPECTION NOTICE
NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS
Effective August 1, 2008 there will be a minimum of 24 hours notice for residential field inspections. We will no longer be scheduling any same-day inspections. Unfortunately, we are forced to take this action at this time to conserve fuel in County vehicles.

We will attempt to accomplish this by grouping inspections for each area of the County together so that our inspectors will be driving to those areas/subdivisions only one time each day. Inspectors will no longer be making multiple trips to the same subdivision during the course of a business day.

Please arrange your construction schedule accordingly. I would suggest that you do not make arrangements for concrete until you have scheduled an inspection with our office, as we may not be able to meet your delivery time as we have in the past.
