And the answer is yes.

There are several drop box locations in the County for recycling.

They are:

Florence Public Services, 7850 Tanners Lane, Florence (sponsored by the City of Florence)

Maplewood Ball Field at the intersection of Barney's Road and Idlewild Road (just past the BC Fairgrounds)

Airport Sound Insulation Demonstration House, 3644 Limaburg Road (near the intersection of Conner Road)

Petersburg Community Center, 6517 Market Street, Petersburg

Ryle High School, 10379 Highway 42, Union(behind stadium)

Walton City Building, 40 N. Main Street

Belleview-McVille Fire Station (6900 McVille Road, western Boone County)

Just so you know, curbside recycling is usually available through your garbage collection service.
