TRANSFERS: Vouchers holders exercising portability to Boone County are accepted on:
MONDAYS only from 8:30 A.M. - 11:00 A.M. and again from 1:00 P.M. - 4:00 P.M.

Documents needed: Portability papers (form 52665) from the Housing Authority who issued the voucher.

1. Original Social Security Cards for all household members
2. Photo I.D.’s for all adults
3. Birth Certificates for all Children

All adults living in the household must be present for this transfer interview and a briefing will also be scheduled at a later date. Please allow at least 2 weeks for the transfer process.
