The Junior Deputy Program has been organized to develop respect as well as a positive rapport for law enforcement. Girls and Boys between the ages of 5 and 11 are eligible. Application fee is $25.00. Each applicant will receive a Mounty Hat, Badge and a Certificate. T–shirts with the Bulldog logo may be purchased for $10.00. Parents or guardians will be notified of any events or activities involving the Junior Deputies of the Boone County Sheriff’s Department.
