PC/LAN Tech - Public Safety Communications Center

The PC/LAN Technician's role is to provide primary support to end users. This includes the responsibility related to the identification, prioritization, and resolution of end user help requests. This position will contribute to problem resolution by telephone, e-mail, and giving in-person hands-on support to end users and must be available 24/7.

911 Dispatcher

PSCC is accepting applications to establish an eligibility list for the position of 911 Dispatcher.  Must be at least 18 years of age, high school graduate or equivalent, valid driver’s license, adequate computer/typing skills, must be physically and mentally able to work under stressful conditions.  Applicants must also pass a police background check, polygraph, physical and psychological examination, and able to work weekends, holidays and a variety of shifts.
