We are sick of litter in Boone County.

That's why local citizens have come together to stop it. Meet the PRIDE POSSE of Boone County. The Sheriff's Department, Boone County Attorney JR Schrand , the District Judges, Jailer Ed Prindle and the Jail Crews, Public Works and citizen volunteers have all come together to stop litter.

Through educational programs in schools, stricter law enforcement, community clean-ups, and Litterbug Spotter volunteers, we are working to create a litter-free community. Because litter in our community makes it trashy and the only way we can make a difference is by working TOGETHER!
