Hours and Directions
New Shelter hours effective January 5th, 2009
During office hours personnel are available for issuing licenses, receiving animals and to file animal related complaints.
For viewing animals available for adoption, looking for a lost pet or to file a lost animal report, refer to the kennel hours listed below.

I–75 to Exit 181, Burlington Pike (Highway 18).
Proceed west for 5 1/2 to 6 miles to the first 4–way stop.
Turn Right on Idlewild Road
Turn left on Maplewood Road, 2nd street passed the Boone County Fair Grounds; the Boone County Animal Shelter is located at the end of Maplewood Road
